Claire is visually impaired, plays the piano and sings by ear. She received her Bachelor of Music degree from East Carolina University in 1995  in Music Therapy. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking walks with her guide dog Shadow, and visiting local vineyards. She also loves listening to 70’s music, the blues and performing with John. “John is such a blessing to me and a dream come true! It’s so much fun playing music with someone you love.”

 A native of King, NC, John Brandon started playing the guitar at the age of 12. Playing for over twenty years now, he learned how to play the guitar on his own and has always played by ear. "Playing live music has always been a dream of mine. It means so much to me to share that with Claire, the girl i'm in love with !" Growing up listening to sounds of Buddy Guy, Eric Clapton and Jimmy Hendrix, his love for the blues has definitely influenced his style.Over the last four years he has also adopted a jazz sound.On another note, Claire grew up listening to jazz. When they play together, audiences are treated with a combination of their talents. John also loves spending time with his two kids, family and friends.
